"Nice hotel. Friendly staff."

"We stayed overnight at the hotel before catching a train to Barcelona. The check in process was very quick and easy and the staff were friendly and there was an elevator. Our room was modern and clean and was a little small with an average view out over an alleyway. The room had a fridge and a hairdryer and TV and air conditioning. We walked up to a main square in the evening and found plenty of bars and restaurants and a supermarket. Being over the road from the train station made the hotel a very convenient place to stay as we had an early train to Spain. Highly recommend."

"We had a lovely stay at the Oceania Le Metropole and were made to feel very welcome by the manager when we arrived. She showed us round some of the hotel explaining its history and past features. It is indeed a lovely building but had suffered damage due to recent rainfalls and the ceiling in the main lounge was awaiting repairs. Nevertheless we loved the hotel and the rooms were very generous in size and very modern. We declined taking breakfast as we felt at €22 per person was not good value and we mentioned it before we left. Located very near the station, it is very well placed and we would definitely stay there again. Everyone was very friendly and helpful too."

"Je recherchais un endroit calme et apaisant pour couper la routine quotidienne le temps d’un week-end. J’ai été servie, le personnel était très bienveillant et m’a même conseillé un superbe endroit à visiter. Le spa est très agréable et le personnel très aimable. Des gens qui aiment leur métier et sont heureux de partager. C’est certain que je reviendrais ! Merci beaucoup"
