Only thing was that only one pillow provided and hallways outside the room have a unique smell, sometimes like urine. Hotel is shared with town residents. Overall, would recommend!"

The studio was spotlessly clean, well maintained, and very comfortable. Communication with the host was also excellent: friendly, easy, and very responsive. "The best things about this apartment are it's comfortable, has good wifi and cold air-conditioning, and the location in Old Towne Nice. The location is quiet. The apartment is at the top of a 5-story building. There are 5 flights of stairs and no handrails. You need to be in shape and have a good sense of balance for the stairs. "The apartment is in an incredible location. Just steps from the beach and there are many restaurants nearby. Everything was clean and comfortable. Communication with the host was fantastic. He immediately answered any questions that we had. There are a lot of stairs as the apartment is on the fourth floor. And the staircase in the apartment is quite narrow. But we managed an fantastic time in Nice"
