Great bed and pillows, perfect A/C, a nice balcony overlooking the park and a bit of sea view (this is preferable over all sea view as it is more tranquil). It is on the bottom floors of a building that contains Le Meridian on the top floors, so location is the same. No pool, no spa, but I didn't need. Right across from the beach and close to everything on all sides (promenade, park, Old Town, shopping, even #12 bus to the airport, which is about $2 vs a $60 cab). Would definitely stay here again."
