"The house was a perfect fit for our family trip to Italy. We enjoyed the location that happened to be centrally located to both family and the city. The house is spacious, comfortable, clean. Enough room to unpack and move around. The extra bedroom / bathroom that is separate from the main worked for us. Three bathroom was an added plus. "The hosts were very friendly and attentive. The villa does need some attention, particularly the bathrooms. But overall, the decor and feel to the villa is very well suited and our family loved the stay. The pool area was huge and clean and the kids loved it. Thank you to the hosts for having us!"

"Wer es ruhig und entspannt möchte ist hier genau richtig. Tolle Terrasse auf der man im November noch Frühstücken konnte. Der Blick ist wunderschön. Der Vermieter hat uns viele Tipps zur Umgebung, guten Restaurants und der einheimischen Küche gegeben. Vielen Dank dafür noch mal an Gianfranco!"

Notre location , une bien agréable maisonnette, très bien équipée et d’une propreté exemplaire, notre regret, c’est qu’elle soit en altitude (600m), 8 kms de grimpette . Nous n’avons pas eu du beau temps, donc bien froid ."

"Loved the views, authentic and comfortable cottage, lovely experience of Sicilian village life. May be difficult to access for those with mobility issues. Wifi would not connect. Single lane access and street parking not suitable for a large vehicle. Also make sure to access groceries before arrival as there was no grocery store in Savoca and breakfast was not supplied as stated."

"We stayed 4 amazing nights in Salvo’s apartment in Savoca. An absolutely stunning location in an authentic Sicilian hilltop village, we could not have asked for a better host. Salvo recommended everything from the best places to eat to secret swimming spots. If you get a chance, ask to see some of his sculptures. The apartment itself is stunningly rustic and provides a perfect base from which to explore the village and further afield. We couldn’t have asked for anything better! Jess & Tom"

"It is very noisy at night ( Friday ).The bar next door plays loud music with people drinking in the street until 2am.!!!! Finally they go home at about 3am. It is such a shame because everything else is so good. I can not recommend it for this reason."
