Clean room, quiet, great location and super friendly and helpful staff

Great property, nice and clean, comfortable and convenient. Breakfast was good, yoghurts, breads from the local bakery, cold meats, cheese and bacon and eggs plus other cereals etc. Shower was good, although the hot water cut out once for a few moments which wasn’t great. The pool and spa were great, a lot of features and nice and clean. Dinner is a set menu on Friday and Saturday only. Overall a great hotel.

This is a brand new property only opened this month which is beautifully fitted out. It has a large common area with a well stocked bar and a supermarket on thefloor below. The management can’t do enough to help and are very responsive. Conveniently located near the main part of the town with buses nearly at your front door and chairlifts nearby. This was such a find. Right across road from train and bus station. It had a balcony overlooking Main Street. Super spacious room and great bed. Really decent breakfast and well priced for this part of Switzerland. Also I was able to get into my room early at no extra cost. Perfect.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is older but still has all the amenities you need. The room was very large with amazing views.

We loved our time at stockalpenhof, from the minute we walked in the door we were welcomed by a very friendly lady, who made us feel welcome, showed us the ski/ bike room for our skis and gave us our discount card for the region which we used at the thermal bath in a near by town and the ice cream shop right next door, we would return and recommended to our friends, a very easy walk from the trainstation up bahanhofstrasse.

Absolute 5 star experience. The staff are so accommodating and the the view from the pool is next to none. Best hotel I've stayed at. The customer hospitality is in matched. Need a car for a day? They let you borrow there mini cooper, great way to explore the rest of Switzerland at your own pace

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Fassbind Beausite. Dani, Linda and their beautiful dog Heidi are incredible hosts. In the days leading up to our reservation there was lots of communication about check in and what was on offer. The free bus pass made it easy to get from Interlaken to Beatenberg. The rooms were clean and had lovely views of the river and mountains. The breakfast was fabulous- lots of choice and lots of room! The staff were helpful and friendly. We only stayed one night but we enjoyed it! Thanks.
