At check-in, the staff member assigned me the wrong room and charged an additional amount that did not match my original reservation, which caused unnecessary inconvenience. Additionally, a female staff member with short hair working in the breakfast area was quite discourteous in her interactions. She appeared overwhelmed, which may have contributed to the tone of the service, but the overall experience felt unwelcoming. Switzerland is an incredibly beautiful country, and I had been looking forward to enjoying my stay fully. Unfortunately, the service attitude at this hotel detracted from what could have otherwise been a wonderful experience."
