Arrived MN first room had a shower constantly running. Running not leaking. Dirty towels in shower blocking water from running out. Still had standing water behind toilet. No hot water on the sink and an outlet hanging out of the wall. Engineering came at 3am and said can’t fix it today. No room change offered. Next day called again no noted maintenance issue for the room had to come up again no fix demanded refund or room change hours on the phone and in person to get a room change and a 50 dollar food and beverage credit per the staff doing room change. The next room had a missing smoke detector and a toilet leak they fixed toilet leak so we stayed in that room. Come to checkout there was no 50 dollar credit I could not waste any more time arguing for the 50 dollars so nothing was compensated at all for wasting Hours of our trip and dealing with a full on water feature in the room on the first night of sleep.

Very impersonal from employees,in my bathroom I found a roach ,underwear behind tv stand /dresser,hair in the shower
Very limited in swimming pool options…. The only choices were an overcrowded very small “family“ pool or the GO pool… The whole extra part of the swimming pool with waterfalls and slides, which was supposed to be for family, was closed for no reason ☹️

Average hotel at a reasonable price. Convenient location opposite Caesars Palace and close to shops and restaurants. Large casino in house. No coffee or water in the room.Coffee shop in house is a Starbucks with a regular cifeee costing $7-8 (same as anywhere in Vegas!). Cleaners were supposed to come in daily but did not appear once in 3 days. Internet went down on day of checkout and it was total chaos!

Most staff was helpful but some gave confusing or wrong answers. Example: as I was leaving I asked a woman at the Caesar’s Club counter for directions to where I could pick up a city bus to the airport. She told me that there was no city bus, and that I would have to use the hotel’s shuttle. I then looked up bus routes on my own and found she gave me false information. A city bus (CX route) stops directly across Flamingo from the hotel.

My room was Dirty, with food on the Bed, urine on the toilet and the customer service management at the hotel were not very helpful. When I was checking in one of the customer members at the front desk said “I look left and I look right and all you hear are complains. Not sure what is happening with the flamingo hotel but the service was very bad and too many companions.

I stayed at this hotel about 40 years ago. It appears the rooms have not been renovated since then. The pool, which apparently is open to the public, is like being in a hip hop club or a rave. Loud beating music, no seats unless you pay extra, and unless you are 22 and drunk, you would rather take a beating than be there.

Overall, it served its purpose bring a place to sleep during EDC. It’s convenient to pretty much anything you’d need and has a fabulous pool. There are good dining options in and around the hotel and getting a ride share was easy. The downfall was definitely the slow response from housekeeping-we checked in to no soap in our bathroom and it took hours to get any. The room was spacious and overall good but we found crackers smooshed under the couch, which made me wonder how good they actually clean. It’s nice having a variety of stores to get essentials and liquor/wine onsite but of course you’ll pay a lot more than the nearby liquor store.

We enjoyed our stay, the shower water was very strange. Sometimes it worked and sometimes I would have to be messing with the handle for 30 minutes before it started running correctly. Other than that staff was friendly, food in the hotel is overpriced but then again it’s Vegas, everywhere is overpriced.

You don’t stay here for the beauty of the hotel. It is run down and old but you can’t beat the location. The location is prime close to everything. Also it’s cheaper to stay here and you can use your money you saved on going out. I would stay here again the pools are great also.

We had dirty sheets and comforters, never cleaned our room or gave us new towels. Called front desk was hung up on and never rectified issues. No coffee maker, when taking shower the water was on bathroom floor could have easily slipped and fell

Check in was extremely long, 1st kiosk did not work, 2nd kiosk room card not programmed for parking had to wait in long line once again to get a new card, shower door missing

The rooms were clean. We did not have soap in our room. I did NOT appreciate the fact that I had to pay extra for amenities like the pool per day. It should have said that somewhere. It was NOT communicated Then after paying $50 per day plus tax for the pool that they don’t have enough seating. I had to sit on the cement even after getting there when they opened. The prices at the pool were ridiculous. This place robs you will never stay there again. By the time I spent money on the additional stuff I could have stayed at a nicer place.

We stayed on the 5th floor room 35, the restroom needed a door to prevent water from coming out of the shower making the floor slippery. We had to use extra towels on the floor to prevent slips and water damage. Everyone I came across hated the key to access the elevators even staff when inside of them. It makes it really inconvenient using elevators to get ice from the 5th floor as it makes you go for an unwanted ride taking away from your precious time. We recommend a key door to access all elevators.

Excellemt location. Close to the linq and bus stops. Excelkent dining options. Pool was fun and offered family area as its party pool.
Room was renovated but was poor quality. Curtians didnt close because they were broken. Wallpaper in bathroom peeling.bed super soft. Stayed on 15th floor. Excellent view. I would recommend this hotel.
