"The single room, I was in, was clean, with the bedding and towels changed every other day. Parking is a premium everywhere in Buzanada so street parking is the norm. The small fridge is handy so don't forget to switch it on when you arrive. Cafes and restaurants are a 6 minute walk away and the food is great (reasonably priced too). There's a good bus service too with a frequent service to Los Chrisitanos where buses take you to just about anywhere on the island."

"The hotel is clean and functional. The AC is very useful in the summer. But my check-in process was very bad. The self check-in machine asked me to pay (I already paid Expedia in full when making the booking) for my booking, but always show errors when I tried to pay. "It was nice and pleasant, it did what it said on the tin, it was nice. I would suggest a good 3 star resort, or an okay 4 star resort. No real issues apart from the lift breaking down a couple of times and a room clean that could have been better. The question is would I go back? If it was at the right price and I was on a budget then yes I would be happy to return."

"We stay here all the time, it’s a great hotel with great staff. The location is amazing and really great value for money. Our only issue was our door key was not working for the all inclusive so we had to explain to everyone all time we hadn’t checked out which was quite tiresome. Other than that I’d always recommend this hotel. It’s lovely!"

"We arrived late due to flight delays. We’d already informed the property management that we would be late. Information was given regarding late key collection. Unfortunately the vital map showing us where the keys were was missed from the correspondence so it was a frustrating search before we located them. Otherwise, everything was very smooth, the property was excellent but we knew that as it was our second visit. The staff were all very helpful and friendly to ensure our stay was an enjoyable one. Definitely recommend it as a base when visiting Tenerife."

"El hotel está muy bien ubicado es como el Punta Cana o el Cancún pero de Europa, el bulevar lleno de tiendas y restaurantes todo muy bien iluminado las calles espectaculares, yo me quedé en las habitaciones que son mirando la montaña y estaba súper amplia estilo suite, los desayunos y restaurantes muy buenos, hacen muchas actividades sobre todo para los niños, la zona de playa del hotel es una de las mejores. Recomiendo el hotel completamente. Los empleados son súper amables y serviciales."

"We had a really enjoyable stay at Palm Beach. The location is great and all the staff we came across were friendly and welcoming. The accommodation is a good mix between a no-frills apartment and a hotel room, which worked really well for a self-catering getaway. The pool area is lovely, although the sun loungers could get quite crowded at busier times. Breakfast had a good selection with plenty to choose from. There was also entertainment for around an hour each evening, which we liked — enough to give the hotel a bit of atmosphere without it feeling too busy or noisy. Overall, a really good base for a relaxed, self-catering holiday and we’d happily stay again."
