The service was not good. It was confusing going back and forth to our room. Some of the staff were not helpful. The breakfast could have been better. Lunches and dinner were fine.

The good: We had a great time. Everything was very clean and the staff was very attentive. The entertainment staff did an amazing job with the kids. The food was always good and plentiful as were the drinks. The location couldn't have been more perfect. The bad:Elevators definitely need serviced. Showers have poor water pressure. The air conditioning didnt work on our first night and there was a leak in our ceiling. One bartender always seemed a bit grumpy. All of the entertainment was geared towards the kids leaving the adults with only drinking to entertain ourselves.
