"We stayed for 5 nights at the end of September and the hotel is more like a U.K. 3* than a 5* Good value for money for how cheap it is for an all inclusive. Just needs updating and I would request a pool view room as the front rooms were noisy late at night. Very clean hotel to be fair but just in need of a refurbishment. "

"Communication from booking was great. Arrival instructions great. The house was lovely, everything you needed was there. First impressions clean, securely gated complex and quiet.This complex is brand new but sadly has the potential to go downhill very quickly. "The staff were very helpful. The food was excellent. It was clean and overall good value for the money I gave. My room and parts of the hotel was dated and in need of repairs. "The property was spacious enough for 3 persons. I was happy with it in terms of safety , noise and proximity to restaurants . If using public transport ( like I did) to go to popular places , I'll say it's a bit too far ( 45 minutes to 1 hour ). If you book this property agree to meet with the property manager in front of Don Palia Hotel , it's easier for everyone ( for the taxi driver , for you and for the person you're about to meet) because the google map sends you much further from the property.
