"The breakfast was great and it was in a space across the street from the hotel yet it had a great view of the valley with a wonderfully laid out breakfast with multiple choices"

"Had a great stay at the property, which is in a nice small village outside of Carcassonne. The breakfast was very nice, with various breads and jams fruits and such. The bathroom was quite large and the room had ample pace and such for clothes. There is a restaurant about 50m away that is very good. Probably the best part is that the proprietrix is wonderful."
