"Host was very responsive. Towels were top notch…the best we’ve had during travel.The ski lift is immediately across the parking lot, can see it from the front door. Elevator doesn’t work but we knew that coming in. 5 flights in the elevation is a lot but that’s what we signed up for. The condo was extremely clean, had all the amenities we needed. Coffee pot is for both k pods & regular grounds. Only complaint we had is that we aren’t used to the pot smell as it’s illegal in our state. The individuals staying above us smoked morning & night & we could smell it through the vents. Not a pleasant smell. We had beautiful weather the entire stay so driving wasn’t an issue however if it’s snowing &/cold, rainy, the drive up Kingsbury pass could be treacherous. Entering the mountain from S Tahoe City is much easier.Overall, we’d come back!"

"Issues from the moment we checked in. I'll ignore small stuff like vomit in the shared laundry room, overflowing garbage and limited covered parking. I will focus however on more critical things like heating and communication with the facility management. The heating didn't work. The staff and the host were reaponsive to text and sent someone over to check it who couldn't fix the problem. They never followed back and I had to keep nagging them to provide an update. They kept sending someone to take a look and every time they looked at the same thing and went away without saying anything. When pressed, one of them confessed that the building was renovated but they skipped on fixing the heating issue and that it's a known issue in several units and that they have no fix. Then the actual humiliation began. We were traveling with two small children and lack of heating (apart from one fireplace that heated up the living room which we couldn't keep on for safety reasons) was a real problem in Tahoe winter. The host has never been to the unit and couldn't really help. He basically told us and I quote to "shut up and stop complaining" and that it's our responsibility to bring warm clothes to our vacation. The mgmt said we're not cooperative because one time out of the 6-7 times they sent someone over we couldn't let them in because it was after 10pm and kids were sleeping. Then their manager said unit was not supposed to be rented bc of the known issues. We left early. BEWARE"

"An amazing stay! I hesitated booking because it seems like a new vacation rental and there were no reviews, but I’m so glad we went! The condo was spotless, comfortable, and the location is unbelievable. We cooked a few meals and was happy to find the kitchen was well stocked with the pots/ pans we needed, it even had a sifter! There was an amazing hiking trail right outside the front door and another great hike 15 min away. The Stagecoach chairlift for Heavenly Mountain is LITERALLY right there. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat as it is close to everything yet you feel tucked away in the mountains.I found some fantastic restaurants close by (The Pink House!) and I’ve already shared this condo with my friends who love to ski. The host was great too. She answered my questions and was very responsive. I found my Tahoe place!"
