"This property has a lot of steep stairs leading to the apartment as well as inside the unit, so keep that in mind if you're traveling with elderly guests or anyone with mobility issues.The combined kitchen and living area are quite small. There were five of us, and the space felt cramped. The two bedrooms, however, were spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was also well equipped but couldn't get the vent hood to work.There is no air conditioning, and we stayed during one of the hottest days. Unfortunately, the fans were not enough to keep the apartment cool, so we had to leave the patio door open for some relief. The apartment could also use some updating. The shower had heavy caulking in several areas that appeared to be covering mold.The listing clearly states that parking permits are required and that only two permits are provided. I contacted the host twice about the permits—first by email, but I never received a response, and then by phone. They were only one permit in the unit so I contacted the rental property and was told the other permit would be dropped off at the rental the following day, but it was never delivered.Overall, the apartment met our basic needs but wished the communication with the rental property was better."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: great spot, really enjoyed our stay at this location. only thing to note is the toilet ran continuously, simple fix that needs to be done. other than that great stay, we will be booking this again next year."
