"Das Meeresrauschen war vom Zimmer aus zu hören und das gesamte Haus hat einen tollen Charme. Die schönste und besonderste Unterkunft unserer Cornwall Reise. Man fühlt sich wie daheim und es ist alles sauber gewesen. Es wurde erst vor kurzem renoviert. Man teilt sich die Küche bzw das ganze Haus mit Shelley und ihrem süßen Hund. "Such a wonderful property, and the rooms are so very clean and comfortable. We slept so well, and were treated quite nicely. Kate is such a lovely host, and her brekkie is top-notch. We enjoyed chatting with her as we ate, and found her delightful and helpful. The farm setting is so peaceful (for us guest that is, a lot of hard work for owners), and the location is great for visiting the Lizard and other places around south Cornwall. Thank you much for such a great stay!"

"Communal areas in the hotel were stylish, comfortable and immaculately kept. Staff are an asset, absolutely every single one of them appeared to want to be there and make your stay as special as possible. Breakfast was lovely, great choice, local produce and all freshly prepared. We stayed in a "Cosy Double" - room 10 - we knew it would be small (and it really was) so I can't really complain about that but I have to say it wasn't very well kept. There was a horrid smell of bleach which didn't really go the whole 2 nights we were there and the furnishings felt tired and grubby - the carpet was stained and the vanity chair was so stained we actually removed it from the room. This said, we would 100% stay at the hotel again, but would choose a different room."

"Staff are amazing and so accommodating! We were a family of 4 (2 adults, 1 teen n 1 child) plus our Husky. It was perfect for all of us, our dog even got a little welcome box with treats and a toy. He's not great with other dogs but the staff really worked to help him be apart of our break, we had no issues. I honestly can't recommend enough "

"We stayed in a beautiful room with a fabulous view. It didn’t feel like a hotel, more like your own bedroom at home so nice and homely. Following its recent refurbishment on the whole it’s a lovely job. Would we stay again, yes we would. Beautiful views across the harbour and the other direction to Porthminster from the bar and restaurant. "
