"Nadia and Matteo were excellent hosts dedicating time and attention to our stay. The villa is superb and bigger than expected both in sleeping accommodation and land to roam on. The pool is a major plus, at nearly 11 metres its huge presenting opportunity for fun, games and cooling off. The view is excellent while the local towns provide all that is needed. Swimming in Lake Bracciane is sublime and such a memorable experience. A car is a must to get around. We definitely would like to return in the future. "

"The place was cute and it met our needs for my family of four. I was a little disappointed in the air conditioning because it was really just one unit on the third floor so it didn’t do much for the rest of the home. The ceiling fans were very helpful and the windows open at night made a huge difference. The lake makes it kind of chilly at night so I understand not really needing much air conditioning. The host gave us a lot of help with the area and things to do and was very easy to reach which was very helpful. The town itself was SUPER cute. Over all I would say it is a very rustic townhouse."
