This is a very good choice for travellers who prefer the quieter side of Rome, slightly far from the hustle and bustle of city centre, yet within one bus line from it. It is an excellent choice for those who have specific interests in the neighbourhoods and activities along via Cassia. We stayed at Ianus's to be close to family living in Rome, and found there a comfortable room, solicitous and caring staff and management who provided us with plenty of information and advice. Onsite parking is a great boon given that the streets nearby are narrow and buildings in the neighbourhood do not have garages (hence, most residents park on the street). The king-size bed was comfortable and neat, as was the rest of the bedroom. The A/C was in full working order and provided good climate control in July. Bathroom was clean, well-appointed and comfortable - though as it is common in Italy, others' flushing and use of water may surprise you with a few seconds of warmer/colder showers. We were travelling with two small pets and Ianus was welcoming and accommodating. Would recommend and would return.

Cute and comfy

Such a great place, very comfortable and clean. Lots of restaurants and grocery store close by. Also they were happy to call a taxi for us the day we were leaving. Would stay here again any day!!

Best comfort, price and cleanliness

Traveling the world, I’ve slept in many beds and Ianus Guest House has to be one of the cleanest and comfortable places my family and I have stayed. The host was a pleasure to work with and very helpful. There is designated parking on the premises. The road is a bit tight, but it’s Italy. We’ve gotten used to the roads being small.
