The customer service was outstanding, the staff were so friendly and welcoming 🥹❤️ They cleaned our rooms daily and did a fabulous job! The rooms were nice and clean! I’ve been to the much larger resorts such as the Taumesina, Saletoga Sands but really appreciated the great value for money I got from staying here! Thank you so so much! "Would stay there again. Rooms kept clean daily and fresh towels provided. We had bathroom issues which was addressed promptly. Staff were polite and lovely. We enjoyed not only the daily breakfast, but we loved the bar menu. The pizza, garlic bread and fries well worth the money paid."

"The room was immaculate. Serviced daily with big welcoming smiles from the staff. Lemafo’e was one of our favorites as well as the young lady who went out her way to help us resolve our adapter issue. The food was excellent. Fish and chips is by far the best I’ve had anywhere. Luna is a gracious host, most caring and hospitable. My favorite part of our room was the inside/outside shower/bathroom. A clever and eco friendly design. Genius! Definitely will return. "Location: one of the best locations if you want to stay in town. Convenient shop on the ground floor. You also have the city that’s 10-15 mins walk from the hotel. Room: beautiful room, I booked a standard room & it was well worth the money. Good space travelling alone. Bathroom also has a lot of space to move around. Service: good service from reception staff. Always happy and willing to help with my enquires. Altogether my experience was awesome. I also brought my friends & family to my room to check it out & they also love it & will consider Taufusi Hotel their preferred location in future trips. "

"Staying at Elaine’s property was a delightful experience. The location was ideal, as it was close to ATMs, shops, and beautiful Catholic churches in town. The home was cozy, clean, and equipped with everything we needed, making it feel just like home. My elderly parents enjoyed relaxing and watching their Samoan programs on the smart TV, which they accessed using cell phone Wi-Fi for YouTube, Facebook, and more. We felt safe, as the house was surrounded by screen-wired protection from mosquitoes and flies. The amenities, including air conditioning, laundry facilities, and a microwave, made our stay even more comfortable. Elaine and her son Phil were always available to answer our questions and provide assistance. As typical Samoans, my parents loved this place, as it allowed us to welcome relatives and friends who came to visit. I highly recommend this property!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟"
