"Great place, but previous guests must have put dirty dishes and cooking equipment away as we found the air fryer was gross and a few other items. They were in cabinets, so I am sure the cleaning crew didn't think to investigate it. Otherwise it was very clean. The only other negative was that the number that can sleep there can't eat at the table together. However, it clearly shows this in the photos, so we were not surprised. We LOVED the screened-in porch and spent most of our time there, so we were very happy that there were so many places to sit out there. The adjective cheery is appropriate. We would definitely stay here again!"

"When we checked in we were worried as it looked a little shady. When we opened the door we got a great surprise. The room had been newly remodeled. It seemed like we may have been the first to enjoy the upgrade. Everything was fresh, new and well done. Great room and a good value."

"Coming to La Casa Azule was supposed to be an anniversary celebration. Unfortunately due to our jobs, my fiancée wasn't able to come. He didn't want me to miss out on this because i had never stayed in the woods, in a cabin, with just me and nature. Long story short, Sol, the owner and operator was tve most amazing woman I had ever met. The experience was one, for the rest of my life I will cherish, and coming home without any feeling's accept complete happiness and ready to do some much needed work on myself and my inner self, LA CASA AZULE changed my life forever!!!
