"I would definitely visit here again. Only tissue is if you want to go out somewhere nice it is a 10-15 minute walk downhill to lake. We walked a lot but the ladies complained about having to walk that far downhill with nice shoes and difficult if raining. It was very difficult to get transportation for dinner. The hotel did not have a shuttle. "

"Absolutely stunning views from your private balcony! This was the reason we booked here and it did not disappoint. A few restaurants within walking distance but on a very busy street not the best for walking with traffic. We did not care for the hotel restaurants menu so we did not eat there unfortunately. Helvetia a few doors down for greasy pizza and aurora restaurant for lunch and dinner were great choices with beautiful views about 7 minute walk down the road. "

"Room was great. Everything new and clean. We’ve been in hotels where we have arrived in to a complimentary bottle of wine and 2 nice wine glasses, (and several different coffee pods) that leave us with a much better feeling and desire to return."

"The hotel overall is very nice. My bedroom balcony view of the lake and mountains was absolutely beautiful. Although one or two of the systems there aren't great. The Do Not Disturb system doesn't really work, because they still knock on your door just to make sure that you meant to put it on. This happened to me 3 times in 5 days (despite me complaining about it). I also got 2 phone calls from them about it, waking me up, asking me if I wanted housekeeping because I have a DND sign.
