"Excellent stay for Spring Break! Food at the restaurant was amazing! Everywhere was so clean. The cleaning crew stopped in our room everyday with new towels, made our bed. The arcade was great. No complaints from our family. "

"Everyone is incredibly kind and hospitable. There were multiple restaurants on site that were very reasonable to dine at, yet delicious food. We stayed in the villas that were clearly part of the old property. While the potential was there for a very nice stay, little things to refresh the space would have made it feel top-tier. The carpet in our two bedroom villa was very stained and very dirty, the floors needed a good mopping, baseboards and corners were layered with buildup, and they even painted the grout to make it look less black from mold, but went as far as painting onto the tile, so it was very clear that they were trying to cover it up. Overall, our linens were clean and the bed for comfortability was an about a 3.5 out of 5. We would stay here again, but due to the newness of the Conrad Hotel that’s also on site, we would probably opt to stay there and have smaller quarters, but a new, cleaner vibe. Overall we were happy. Location was convenient and again, the niceness of the staff was top tier. "

"Great place to stay for a good price. Rooms are not updated but they are clean. Nice pool area and the breakfast is a plus! It’s close to everything. My only complaint is the shower doesn’t get hot enough but for the good price and cleanliness I’ll definitely stay again."

"The Westgate Lakes Resort & Spa is a good, to a very good resort. The location is excellent! Even though it is directly off a major highway, once inside their gates it is very nice! The rooms are well appointed and spacious. They are very clean and comfortable. The grounds within the resort are outstanding! "
