"The staff was excellent, the stay was very enjoyable, it was a perfect location-very close to the shopping and the historical centre but it also had underground parking. This is a rare find. We found the king bed much too hard for our comfort but it was otherwise a perfect stay. "

"Check in was easy. Staff were polite. The hotel offers many amenities such as a pool, laundry room, spa, and gym (for a fee). The hotel was a 13 minute walk to the Cathedral. The room was a bit small but was clean. I had the breakfast one day and it was good as they had plenty of options (buffet style). "

I would say, however, that I was by myself and the room could be slightly cramped if two people (even though double bed was comfortable). Would recommend if you’re looking for mid-budget hotels."

Minor quirk: I had to hunt a bit to figure out the bathtub drain knob, but nothing serious. Breakfast was a highlight. Scrambled eggs and bacon, a strong bakery selection, fresh juices, yogurt, and deli items. Plenty of choice and good quality. From the hotel, it’s about a 20-minute walk to Piazza Maggiore, passing through lively streets full of shops and cafés. A solid, reliable choice for Bologna."
