"Vi ankom til hotel kl 16.00 ved check in tid og mødte en lukket dør hvor vi så ringede og fik instruks om hvordan vi kunne få en nøgle hos en der næsten ikke kunne tale engelsk. Da vi så endelig skal have vores værelse så er det værelse vi bliver henvist til ikke rengjort . Vi ender så med at få et andet værelse til dagen efter hvor vi så ikke kan få værelse med terresse og have som vi har bestilt . Meget ringe !

"Close to the train station and there is a bus stop across the street to get into the main part of Bologna. The room was big, clean and comfy. Breakfast was very good with good options.
