The pool area is spacious & comfortable and will be even better once the final bits of construction are finished and the pool bar is open. We dined in the restaurant each night and enjoyed the varied menu & excellent wine selection. Breakfast is also good with plenty of buffet & a la carte options. They were very accommodating to our family by amending the pool hours. The property is perfectly situated to see many great areas around Bologna and all are within about an hours’ drive. "Overall it was great. It would’ve been nice to know that there is no elevator because the apartment is on the 3rd floor and there were a lot of stairs, so if you’re coming with a lot of luggage, it is a struggle. The apartment has a regular bed and a sofa bed, which were pretty comfortable. We did need more sheets and towels during our stay. The location was perfect and the communication with the staff was also very good. "

"They said there was wifi and there wasn’t. The fridge did not work. The picture showing the beautiful garden actually belonged to the person who lived next to the studio. There was no door to the bathroom. There was plywood everywhere. The look was high and difficult to access even thought we are fit and trim women. Worst place I have ever had to stay in. "
