"The hotel is really clean, and nice. The staff go to great lengths to keep the shared areas as clean as the rooms. Everybody goes out of their way to make us feel comfortable abd happy.
The breakfast buffet was the okay, but compared to the other food options around the hotel, it felt a little shy in comparison. However, within walking distance around the hotel there are plenty of options from local tavernas to touristy spots."

"The only thing worth noting was that if you sat at the bar/pool by the beach you couldn't get drinks within your all inclusive package, however you could get them from the other pool bar and take them over.
The best thing about our stay was both the young ladies on reception, I can't praise them enough, they helped us book taxi's, restaurant reservations and worked tirelessly to call around beach clubs in other parts of the island for day trips, they were absolute stars and definitely made our trip. Thank you ladies "
"The restaurant by the pool was fast food. I couldn’t even get a cup of coffee as per my order. Rude and obnoxious servers. The only server that cared was a woman named Konstantina. Everyone else spoke like we were bothering them. I also thought I was in (Greece) not sure why these people from other countries were working there and barely even speak English. Let alone any Greek “at all”!!! Even at the breakfast buffet. I had to ask for coffee five times and they kept telling me to wait. My son asked for ice and they looked at him like he had 10 heads. I guess the service didn’t want to be told what to do The worst were the housekeepers attitudes. They really sucked. They made us regret going there. "

"Stayed for two nights. Room sizeable and clean, a few improvements needed in the bathroom but everything worked. Pool and bar area very nice and drinks reasonably priced, cheaper than in the bars in town. There was air conditioning in the room but I didn’t try to get it on because I didn’t need it, but a friend in another room tried and wast sure, maybe you need to pay for a remote control or something. Breakfast in the morning was included and while nothing spectacular did the job. Best thing about the place is its staff, who were all really friendly and helpful. Tourist tax is charged at 10 euros a night per room, which is the 4 star tax bracket, this isn’t a 4 star UK standard but a perfectly good 3 star with great staff . "
