"This hotel is my go-to when I visit Jefferson, Wisconsin. The staff are super pleasant, helpful, and efficient. My room is ultra clean, and everything is ergonomically correct for ease of use. Decor is pleasant, and there are many areas I can place my luggage, bags, ready-to-eat food items, etc. Hair dryer, ironing board, and iron are in perfect working order. The ice machine was in tip top shape producing lots of ice quickly. The pool was super clean and well-organized. The breakfast offered real silverware, real plates, and ceramic coffee mugs along with plenty of breakfast choices; including a fresh variety of fruits. The bed was so comfy, I over-slept! LOL! The owner/manager/Jerry was so fun to talk to and so friendly. I'm looking forward to booking my next visit soon with this hotel. Everyone there made me feel very welcome."

My only issue was I ordered a room with a pullout couch and I got an email the night before confirming everything and as I read it, they were going to charge me an extra $40 if I wanted to have sheets put on the pullout couch in the room I’ve already paid for…."

"Room was clean. Did not use pool or hot tub. Stayed 2 nights. Breakfast on the first morning was less than expected. Went down at 8 am, very little coffee. Things were better second morning."
