"The hotel was decent and perfect for what we needed it for. The pool was great. The front desk person was great, found us 2 rooms that were ready about an hour early, prior to check-in. The free buffet was good, everyone enjoyed it. I will say though, there was one housekeeping staff that was super unprofessional. First, she never cleaned our room or gave us any towels. My husband had to go to front desk and ask for some. While he was there, he heard other people complain about the same things. And then as we were leaving the buffet area, there was a few of the housekeeping people walking behind us, specifically this blonde/skinny lady, who also cleaned our room, being super loud and rude about her day. And how its already been ruined by patrons. Overall most of the people were nice, the hotel itself was decent but I would have liked our room cleaned/bed made and given new towels and that one staff not being so unprofessional. I know that weekend there were alot of non hearing people there and I do hope she wasnt rude to them knowing they couldn't hear them. She should be fired. If I was the manager, I would definitely have let her go. One staff can ruin a whole stay for some."

"The room was very spacious and very clean. East Town Mall and all of the shoppes in the area are right across East Washington (Hwy 151). Lots of food options to choose form. Also very close to the interstate and approximately a 15 minute drive to downtown."

"Everything was great! If you travel with your dog, don't expect much walking area. The surrounding area has no sidewalks although there is a decent sized front yard for them to use the bathroom in and a station with bags provided for you to clean up their mess which was great! Staff and other guests were all very friendly."

"Spacious room with a living room corner. Good breakfast with decent coffee. The staff was very nice and check in was quick and easy. We enjoyed the hot tubs and pool after a long drive."
