"Love the resort"

"We were greeted with a nice gentleman that gave us all of our information. Check in was easy but the place wasn’t very clean. There was garbage in the lobby on the tables, used towels laying in the lobby bathroom, and the hotel was very dark inside. The pool and hot tub were nice. Our room was ok but very dated. I probably won’t stay here again. "

"Average room, walking distance to most everything. The resort fees add another $26.37 a night which is ridiculous."

"My room was clean but it smelled horrible. The air conditioner smelled musty and moldy. I had to open the window, which had no lock on it so that made me feel uneasy. The bed was comfortable but the smell was almost unbearable."

"The place was everything I expected from my research. Very happy with the room for my stay from the 11th to the 13th. I like it so well I added a day but that’s where the problem came in at, but I guess that’s another subject, I would stay there again and highly recommend this place😊"

"The breakfast area was clean and items were fresh with good variety. As far as the hotel room, it wasn’t dirty but it was obvious that housekeeping was doing the bare minimum. Shampoo and conditioner were both completely empty. Towels were not replenished during our stay. No one entered the room at all from what I can tell. The worst part was that this location seems to be a popular spot for truck drivers to stop to engage in shady activities with prostitutes. I clearly witnessed several obvious interactions. Adding to that the minimal cleaning of the staff and it was concerning. The bar at this location seems to be popular with locals as well and adds to the shady going’s on around the entrance and in the parking lot. It was a Tuesday afternoon when I saw most of these things happen. Cigarettes littered the ground around the bar entrance and it seemed like a lot of people not staying at the hotel were going in and out and wandering the parking lot. This isn’t the safest hotel in the area."
