"We only had one night here because we were catching a flight the following morning. It was not too far from the main Bordeaux train station which was one of the reasons for choosing this hotel. The service staff were very helpful and the area had a big shopping mall nearby. We also thought it was a bit closer to the airport than the previous stay in Bordeaux."

"5-star property! Our suite with terrace and hot tub was fantastic and worth the money spent. The hotel staff was very friendly and energetic. My only critiques would be the Smart TV was not working properly which we reported and was never fixed or mentioned during our stay. In addition, I made three requests for wine tastings but no one from the hotel ever followed up with us. We felt that a 5-Star Property would have had a better trained staff with regard to follow-up on guest requests. ...

"The Hotel de Normandie is in the best possible spot in Bordeaux. It is a block away from the best shopping streets and a couple of blocks away from five excellent restaurants. We had a nice room with a balcony where we could enjoy the balmy nights and sunny mornings on the sixth floor.
