Very nice hotel in a great location close to the cathedral and a tram stop out front. Customer service from reception to restaurant staff was friendly and excellent. Really good quality breakfast buffet with a delicious hot dish option available within the price. Very clean and eco friendly. Recommended

Modern and clean. Professional staff to welcome. Downstairs bar and dining were high quality, as was the well priced breakfast menu and food. Gym was modern and equipped. Great stop over Major Roadworks didn’t effect car parking under hotel and very very centre to Tubo and old town shopping and sight seeing

Shower not good. Air conditioning set up not good. Location great but noisy.

Room had a huge bed but it took over almost the entire room. Bathroom had no soap, just shampoo, body lotion, hand sanitizer and the glass wash basin was impractical and little storage in the bathroom. It’s right across the road from GranCasa shopping centre and the tram stops out the front. So some good things but for a 4 star needs a few better things

Was in the heart of the old city. It is easy to get to from the station, one bus only.

The staff were really helpful and thoughtful. Knowing wanted to visit the old fort, they made reservation for us as we arrived rather than letting us just arrive as others did and miss out.

Check in was good,friendly staff, room great, view nice, wifi good, air con good, parking easy. Pool lovely, room service food a bit ordinary, but have had worse, overall greatlace to stay.

Property was lovely, very clean & comfortable, we were able to use the underground car park for a fee, it was also close to the city centre

I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights as a part of a business trip. It's only a 10 minute tram ride from downtown, and is most definitely the most modern hotel in Zaragoza. The hotel staff was lovely and attentive (there weren't too many guests while I was there in late-June) while the shopping, restaurants, and easy transport options nearby was ideal. Only downside is that it's a short distance away from the main attractions in Zaragoza, but I wasn't fussed at all by the 10 minute tram ride...

We stayed one night on a road trip back to Madrid. Really comfortable and modern bedroom with free wi-fi and in the morning we had buffet breakfast. Really good value for money.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great value with a great assortment of sweet pastries, etc. Located opposite the station, close to shopping centre. Perfect!
