Had a great stay. Very good location too

Great hotel service excellent room very comfortable and convenient to shops

Staff were very friendly and helpful would stay again

We paid AUD 120 for 1N with breakfast and it’s worth every penny. Beautiful room, decent breakfast, free parking. Perfect for our next destination to Madrid about 16 min drive from beautiful basilica.

Easy check in. Great location - walkable to many sites and transport options available. Good selection of restaurants and food - as well as a market at the end of the street. (Actual food market). Very clean and well presented unit.

Great stop over Major Roadworks didn’t effect car parking under hotel and very very centre to Tubo and old town shopping and sight seeing

Very nice hotel in a great location close to the cathedral and a tram stop out front. Customer service from reception to restaurant staff was friendly and excellent. Really good quality breakfast buffet with a delicious hot dish option available within the price. Very clean and eco friendly. Recommended

Modern and clean. Professional staff to welcome. Downstairs bar and dining were high quality, as was the well priced breakfast menu and food. Gym was modern and equipped. Excellent position in terms of the main sights and town centre. Old town had some excellent tapas and other food options. Good bars and music. Only thing lacking in the hotel was a comfortable and relaxing lounge area. There was only the bar, dining areas, which required you to sit at a table and have to order food or drinks. A...

I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights as a part of a business trip. It's only a 10 minute tram ride from downtown, and is most definitely the most modern hotel in Zaragoza. The hotel staff was lovely and attentive (there weren't too many guests while I was there in late-June) while the shopping, restaurants, and easy transport options nearby was ideal. Only downside is that it's a short distance away from the main attractions in Zaragoza, but I wasn't fussed at all by the 10 minute tram ride...

Lovely check in lady, allocated us a very nice room, wonderful service, very good underground parking, very fast internet, outstanding room and amenities. Very clean place. The hotel is located near a huge Logistics center, so a bit busy and noisy in the afternoon, but gets quiet at night, nothing to worry. Big Mercado Grocery shopping nearby.

Check in was good, friendly staff, room great, view nice, wifi good, air con good, parking easy. Pool lovely, room service food a bit ordinary, but have had worse, overall greatlace to stay.

Room had a huge bed but it took over almost the entire room. Bathroom had no soap, just shampoo, body lotion, hand sanitizer and the glass wash basin was impractical and little storage in the bathroom. It’s right across the road from GranCasa shopping centre and the tram stops out the front. So some good things but for a 4 star needs a few better things

The staff were really helpful and thoughtful. Knowing wanted to visit the old fort, they made reservation for us as we arrived rather than letting us just arrive as others did and miss out.

More than excellent : an hotel to recommand.
