"We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. The host, Marta was excellent and met us at check in, she was kind, helpful and took time to respond to questions about the area and give recommendations throughout our stay. We highly recommend and will hopefully return next year. Location is fantastic right by restaurants and beach. We loved the pool! We had everything we needed to have a lovely month in Spain. "

"The apartment is in La Mata, a suburb of Torrevieja north of the city along the coast The apartment is on the 3rd floor, with sea views (about 200m away). There is a balcony which gets the sun all morning till mid-afternoon; a nice spot to relax. It sleeps 3 - one bedroom with double bed, and sofabed in the living room. Some of the fixtures and fittings are looking a bit tired and would benefit from refurbishment/replacement; and, it has its quirks - the washing machine is in the bathroom...

"We stayed there for 5 days and it was great! All of it is new, and it was very organised. The owner of the apartment was also very friendly and helpful. From the balcony, there was a great sea view, and the good thing was, that just across the street we had a 24h gas station/shop, which was very helpful.
