"Geen duidelijke instructies waar de sleutels zijn. Er staat bij dat ze in een zwarte brievenbus in een enveloppe met je naam erop zitten. Je moet echt tussen de struiken zoeken naar een piepklein kastje. Daar ligt dan een sleutelbos in waarvan je msaar moet aannemen dat dat ze zijn, (niet in een enveloppe met je naam). Geen enkele instructies voor de werking van bijvoorbeeld de gasfles, tv, koffiezetapparaat, airco etc. Kraan in de douche zit los wc bril zit los, bank op balkon was oud en brak...
