"I have already lodged a complaint with you. We arrived at our apartment to find no one there and hen I rang you I was told that I should have been there to check in by 8pm. Our fight did not arrive until9.35pm and the we had to make our way from the airport. I asked for an alternative booking for the night as we were two women alone in a foreign town with nowhere to sleep. A room was found on the other side of town for a further 56 euros and we were told to return to the apartment to check in....
