The hotel staff was very friendly, the facilities were good, and the price was good, but the restaurant was very neglected. Unclean, and a cockroach even crawled on our heads. While we were having a cocktail, the hotel restaurant is not recommended.
Here's the proof of the mega cockroach that was in our head. In the restaurant's column, it was disgusting.
That was the plan they had for this week. We attended the Spanish stage night and it was fine, all things considered, because half of the things they offered, like the shrimp, didn't have half the options for the garlic mushrooms, and it wasn't becau

Although the hotel was undergoing renovations during our stay, work didn’t start until 08;00 when we up and about so didn’t affect us or the communal areas. The pool looks lovely (we didn’t use it as it was a very short stop over) and we saw the attendant cleaning it. The entertainment was excellent, bar service, prices and excellent menu to suit all tastes and good portion sizes. Lots of options for breakfast with the best bacon barm I’ve ever had and super table service too. Then the bakery opened OMG it’s amazing and obviously very popular and we managed to bag some treats for our inward journey. When the improvements are complete I expect the hotel will be totally amazing and definitely worth a visit if In Algorfa. All the staff were really helpful and welcoming.

A little shabby, you get what you pay for..cheap!

Check in was a little confusing, receptionist said I needed to pay when I already paid when booking the property. After a few minutes she told us she'd sort it, I did show her all of my confirmations. Room was pretty basic, but clean and all we needed for an overnight stay. The swimming pool area was satisfactory, although the water was full of dead insects and three very noisy parrots in a cage near the pool, but thankfully put away at night. The tables were still cluttered with empty glasses and cans from the previous day in the morning when we checked out. Not a good first impression. Staff were ok but not over friendly despite being British as am I not many smiles!

On n’y parle QUE l’anglais, même et surtout à la réception, chose qui n’arrange pas tout le monde, mais un peu de soin dans les chambres serait le bienvenu, trop de laisser-aller, prises hors service, et aucune dans la salle de bains, garde-robes portes coincées, pas de miroir, mais sans gravité vu que j’y suis retourné et y retournerai encore!

Wir waren zufrieden und würden immer wieder kommen. Ab 08:00 Uhr gibt es Frühstück. Bis 22:00 Uhr kann man warmes Essen bestellen. Die Bar hat länger auf. Jeden Abend gibt es ein Event. Auch Livemusik (sehr beliebt). Ohne Reservierung kein Eintritt. Kostenlose Parkplätze!

Lovely family run hotel.

Lovely, friendly hard working family running the hotel. The room was spotless and I enjoyed both the breakfast provided and the other meals available. The pool area was amazing and can be covered so is usable all year round. There are amenities within walking distance but a car is advisable. I was travelling alone and felt so welcome. I would definitely return.

Only a short stay

My stay was for a funeral not a holiday . The owner was really helpful at all times and using her mimi bus taxi was really useful and not over thetop expensive. Could not fault the food always good. The walls are pretty thin I could hear snoring from both sides of the other rooms. Thehotel is not near to anything or on a bus route. You can walk up to a small supermarket and a few bars.

Family run hotel with friendly and polite staff. The rooms are very clean and spacious with plenty of storage and plug outlets. The breakfast was very tasty and filling, evening meals very tasty and reasonably priced. The staff could not enough to make my stay has smooth has possible. I had to catch a flight on the morning of my last night and unfortunately missed breakfast but the staff went out of their way and made me a toastie along with some fruit for me to take with me to eat on the plane. The only moan is that there is no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. However there is tea and coffee available all day from the bar. The bathroom was a shock at first, it is catered for all people including people with disabilities. No bath and plenty of hand rails etc.. not a problem though and worked. I will be definitely coming back again.

The lady of the hotel is suber!

Everything was perfect! Quiet small place. The lady of the hotel is suber! She arranged everything we needed! Good place to stay if you play golf but not want to have accommodation at the golf course.
