"Room was closed up for weeks and the stench was over powering. The fridge was not turned on and not even a bottle of cold water after drivering two and half hours to get there. We had to wait one and half hours before being let in to room. Air conditioning limited to 8minutes before shutting down. It was on a timer. The heat was unbearable and we made a decision to leave after 3 nights. We will be challenging for a refund. After 30 years of traveling in Spain this is the worst so call holiday...
