"This place was fantastic. It’s right on the beach and the staff are super friendly. La Mata is a great mellow town to make your home base with great restaurants and a couple markets right down the boardwalk. It’s not super fancy, so don’t expect the four seasons, but it’s a great place to stay, highly recommend. "

"We had a fantastic stay at this Modern upsides down Villa, The property is well equipped with everything you could possibly need, the upper ground level is all open planned with one of the four bedrooms which is the master suite complete with a dressing room and en-suite. The you go down to a further three bedrooms all with their own bathrooms and the garage which hosts a pool/table tennis table and a utility room. Outstanding property, although there are bars, shops and restaurants within a 20 minute walk. I do recommend hiring a car to get out and about to other areas and beaches. "

"Had a great holiday at pat and brians villa. Everything we needed was there,very clean accommodation with plenty of air conditioning units. As for the pool, new it was big ,but in reality it was really big! spent most of our time inthe pool especially as the temperature reached 40c on a couple of occasions.Would recommended this villa for somewhere to stay in this area"
"Beautiful villa, very spacious but no outside lights apart from round the pool. The shower in on suite needs replacing.Taxis are a nightmare they have very little in the area as don’t have uber"
