"We enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Beach Penthouse Mariposa. Ursula and Burghard were perfect hosts, especially on our arrival when my Wife was taken ill on the flight - they we're very kind, helpful and understanding for us.The Penthouse was outstanding. It has everything you could ever need for your stay, very well furnished, comfortable and clean. The location is great - away from the busy centre of Guardamar, but close walking distance to a beautiful beach and a few small shops. Private off-road parking was great to have, especially during the busy holiday season where everywhere is busy. The views from the multiple balconies were stunning, and lovely to sit out on an evening for a meal or drink, or morning coffee!The swimming pool is also in close walking distance, which is great for families with a pool bar which sells drinks, food and ice cream. The water was warm but refreshing, with 3 separate pools of different depths, to accommodate swimmers of all abilities. Sunbeds can be hired for a small fee.We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider returning in future."

"Lovely villa and fantastic pool terrace. Aircon worked well, much needed during the recent heat dome. The pool is a decent size and very warm. Mattresses were so comfortable, best I've ever had in a villa and 100% cotton sheets.All the things you need. It's nice to have some basics as well upon arrival like loo roll, some dishwasher tablets, kitchen paper, aluminium foil, washing up liquid, kitchen spray, even some leftover yorkshire tea and coffee pods. Two different coffee machines a gusto and a nespresso compatible one.Whole area has great restaurants and exploring the area couldn't be easier. Hardly any traffic and the roads are in great condition. Coming from the UK this is a bit of a treat. If I lived here I could fall in love with driving again. We had a lovely time."
