One of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in

All staff extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Hotel is quite new approximately 2 years old I believe and like new absolutely very clean. Towels and bedding were beautiful white and very clean One of the nicest hotels I’ve been in even though it’s only 3star.

Very friendly staff, fruitbaket and water waiting in the room. The extra sofa was surprisingly comfortable. Lot’s of extra’s like a toothbrush and toothpaste. Great breakfast with everything you could ask for. Would definately go again.

Comfortable overnight stay

We stayed at this hotel which was 20 minutes away from Alicante Airport. The hotel was very modern and spotless clean. Comfortable room/bed. Well equipped bedroom and great shower. Breakfast was included in price which was good value for money. The receptionist was extremely helpful with parking which was very close to hotel. Santa Pola was a very nice town.

"My stay at the hotel was a pleasant one, largely due to its excellent location. Situated right in the heart of the city center, it was just a short walk from a variety of shops, restaurants, cafés, and even the beach and port. This made it incredibly convenient to explore both the vibrant city life and the nearby seaside. The staff were outstanding—friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with any requests. Their professionalism and attentiveness made me feel well cared for throughout my stay. That said, there are a couple of areas that could use improvement. While the breakfast was satisfactory, it lacked variety and freshness, and could benefit from fresher and more diverse options. Also, the in-room amenities were somewhat basic and could be upgraded to match the overall standard of the hotel. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I would highly recommend the hotel for its prime location and exceptional staff. With some enhancements in the areas mentioned, I’m confident the experience could be even more exceptional.

The rooms are impeccably clean and smell fresh - a rarity in the hotel business. Parking in the area is horrendous however, and it is not easy to offload baggage at the front of the hotel.

Mooi nieuw kleinschalig hotel midden in centrum Santa Pola, alles op loopafstand. Ontbijt was super goed en lekker met verse producten. Op de kamer waren ook voorzieningen voor mensen minder goed ter been met een rolstoel. Personeel was ook heel vriendelijk.

El hotel ha superado nuestras expectativas. Buena limpieza, habitación espaciosa y nada ruidosa, cuarto de baño grande, buen funcionamiento del aire acondicionado en habitación, camas y almohadas cómodas, desayuno completo y abundante. Para nosotros lo mejor ha sido el personal del hotel tanto en recepción como en el comedor. A mejorar.: Aire acondicionado general del hotel estaba demasiado alto por lo que la temperatura era demasiado baja en las zonas comunes del alojamiento, esto además del gasto energético es mirar poco por el medio ambiente. Con una temperatura un poco más alta se estaría igual de cómodo pero con menos gasto energético. Otra cosa a mejorar y mucho es el Zumo de Naranja que se ofrece en el desayuno. Por último quizás no vendría mal que el hotel tuviese algunas plazas más de aparcamiento, yo al final tuve la suerte de tener una por una anulación de última hora porque es muy difícil aparcar en la zona si no es en un parking público. Pero en general vuelvo a repetir, superó nuestras expectativas para bien. Totalmente aconsejable alojarse en este hotel y cuando vuelva por Santa Pola seguro que será el primero que mire para alojarme.
