"Great for families and groups. Pools and pool areas were well maintained with good vibes. Loved the roof top bar but very windy shame it isn’t open during the day. I was in standard room, which really needed to be updated even with the standard hard rock theme. It really did feel like i stepped back in time to the 80’s This room seemed outdated. The Food in all the restaurants was very average, breakfast seemed to have a wide choice. As a solo traveller every time i got up to get to fetch coffee, water or something my table was cleared away staff ready to seat the next group or family. This gave the impression this hotel is not set up for solo guests over all staff were friendly and helpful. "

"We stayed at Allegro Isora in January and were lucky to have absolutely fantastic weather — plenty of sunshine and perfect temperatures for relaxing by the pool. It was an ideal winter escape. The hotel has three swimming pools, which is a big plus. There was always space to relax, and the pool area had a great holiday atmosphere. The evening entertainment was also very enjoyable — fun, lively, and something to look forward to after dinner. It really added to the overall experience. One of the highlights was definitely the food. There was a good variety, everything was fresh, and we always found something we enjoyed. The overall atmosphere around the hotel felt friendly and relaxed, making it a pleasant place to spend our holiday. However, the rooms are quite tired and could definitely benefit from refurbishment. Some of the areas around the pool also look a bit worn and in need of updating. While everything was functional, the interiors don’t reflect a modern standard. Overall, we had a very nice stay thanks to the weather, food, pools, and entertainment. If you’re looking for a sunny getaway with a great atmosphere and don’t mind slightly dated rooms, it’s a solid option."

"A truly 5 star hotel, superb facilities and outstandingly friendly staff, we were made to feel genuinely welcome. Room was spacious and comfortable, dining was great. We can’t wait to come back! "

"Nice spacious room, cleaned daily. Very polite staff, great amenities, especially for children. Lovely location, right on the coast with a nice promenade in front but no beach worth mentioning! Lots of sun chairs ( in February/ March) . The only problem we had was the food was a bit cold, some meat tough and there were only buffets, no al a carte. Such a pity. But for the money it was good value. "

"The staff was polite and helpful, the view from the room was outstanding, the food was good. The only issue was the noise made by the chairs in the dining room from the 14th floor but if you wake up before breakfast and go to bed after dinner, it is not an issue."

"Reception staff were rude, pressured us to pay additional fees which were not incurred. Sadly this totally ruined an otherwise faultless experience "

"Room was amazing and the staff are brilliant. Only reservation is the Bed and Pillow Selection. Both have slightly let down the otherwise off the chart experience. The pillows are all very hot potentially due to 100% artificial (polyester I believe) filling and the mattress was so hard, it literally gave hard back due to its hardness. Maybe a pillow top on top of the mattress would have been better but hey ho. Other than that, very amazing stay and experience. My 2+ enjoyed the most !"
