"Hotel was in a great location, a few minutes walk to the main area full of shops and restaurants. The property itself is great value for money, it has an older feel and room quite small but that did not bother us at all, we really felt comfortable staying there and loved the seating areas outside each room to relax in. A higher floor had chairs facing the volcano which was fabulous.

was brilliant and perfect temperature. Breakfast was lovely and plenty of choice. Tea and coffee available...

"We loved are stay! Beautiful property with lots for us and the kids to do right on site. The thermal pools were gorgeous and so fun to try out the different ones with different temperatures. There was even a farm with lots of animals. There was a grumpy horse so watch out for him, but otherwise a lovely experience. Highly recommend!"

"Gorgeous view of Arenal from our room patio. Great food in the hotel restaurant - breakfast was the best and dinner was quite good. All the facilities were top notch, including the two pools (heated and unheated) and swim up bar. On site hiking trail was beautiful and challenging. "
