Week visit for business and pleasure
Lovely, friendly hosts. Property very secure, clean and with all the facilities you will need. Quiet at nights and also next to the football pitch car park so easy to park at anytime. Only a short walk into the village (or a 2 minute car ride) where there are plenty of bars, supermarkets etc. Village to the motorway in a couple of minutes so could be a good base for exploring the area. Highly recommend and would definitely return.

Traditional spanish villa with private pool
Out family had a lovely time at the villa. Heather was very welcoming and helpful. Our boys thoroughly enjoyed the pool. It was a little cold, but we visited in November so to be expected. It didn't put us off going in.

Villa Flora and it’s beautiful gardens
Great break away at villa flora for a week. Heather the host is so helpful and goes beyond her requirements to please. Very kind and considerate too. The Villa is in good order with lots of amenities. The pool was perfect and the kids loved it just chilling on hot days. For our use the Villa was perfect but if you want to go to the nearby towns or beaches you definitely need to hire a car really as public transport and taxis are in short supply. One other thing that would be great if there was air conditioning. The Spanish summers are definitely getting hotter and although most nights were not too bad one night was almost unbearable. Didn’t deduct a star for this as the Villa is advertised without air conditioning and I’m sure the price also reflects this. All in all it was a lovely place to stay in a quiet and peaceful area and with everything you needed for a lazy holiday.

Spacious villa with fab pool and gardens
Super stay. The Villa is very spacious and well equipped, comfortable and had everything we needed. The garden is amazing, as is the large private pool and outdoor cooking area. Be sure to remember your insect repellent! It’s a great base for exploring the area. Our children loved the close proximity to the sports facilities and playing in the pool. Excellent VFM…..

Lovely apartment very spacious with beautiful gardens and pool.
The property was large and spacious with everything you could need. Gardens and pool beautiful and very clean. Loved watching the football opposite in the evenings from the terrace. Village was fairy quiet a lot shut I think was due to the time of year. Heather was a very kind and helpful.

We have a lovely holiday here. The villa has everything you need with plenty of space inside and out. The pool is great we used it every day. The walk into town is about 10 minutes Heather and Tony are on hand if you need anything. We would definitely stay here again

Lovely property and great for children
Great property, excellent value for money and really good for children. Beautiful swimming pool, gardens and great to have shutters in all rooms. The garden is beautful, all enclosed. Gas and coal bbqs available. Could have done with some more pillows in the bedrooms otherwise it was a lovely place to stay. The local town is authentically Spanish. Would advise checking restaurant opening times before you head down on an evening.

Perfect for a quiet Spanish break
Villa Flora is a large homely apartment with beautiful gardens & a lovely clean private pool. We had a very enjoyable stay using the amenities in the village, which were more than adequate, just a short 5 min walk to the centre. It's a typical Spanish community so be prepared to mix in with the locals. Very friendly & helpful people in the shops & restaurants. Heather & Tony were very welcoming & helpful, on hand but not intrusive. Their local knowledge is very useful. A great base to explore nearby & further afield. There are a few steps up to the villa & the pool area. The villa has a locked entrance gate. The sports field across the road is used regularly by the local community. The location was generally very peaceful & tranquil. We'd happily stay here again & recommend it.

Fantastic!!!!!!
Myself, two young sons and my mum have just stayed at Villa Flora. It was more than what we expected. The villa was spotless and cosy. Loved the little touches like a huge selection of dvds for us to watch in the evening...... it was a home from home. The pool was bigger than we expected, the surrounding gardens were perfect with a well equipped bbq area and the village was peaceful and picturesque. My sons loved watching the football from our balcony and all the little parks dotted around. Heather and tony were so accommodating. We can’t wait to come back next year!!!!!

I’m very sorry these guests didn’t enjoy their holiday. The pool was a little cloudy after a terrible storm but it was cleaned the next morning, unfortunately lots of sun cream makes the pool cloudy that’s why we ask guests to shower before entering the pool. The sheets on my beds are all from M&S so I don’t understand this comment. Sorry they felt the crockery wasn’t clean but it was definitely clean when I handed the over the villa to them. I would ask future guests to take a minute and look at the hundreds of 5 Star positive reviews I’ve had over the last 16 years.

A lovely villa and a great base
A lovely villa in a nice location. Great private pool in a real sun spot at any time of the day. La Font gives a great taste of Spanish life and there are lots of great places to visit. Heather and Tony totally respected our privacy but were there if needed. Wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend

A great place to relax
A neat and tidy villa with a great pool. Owners very helpful. Easy travelling to surrounding areas with great beaches (especially Oliva), and historic sites. Easy walk down to the village with useful shops. Beautiful evenings on the veranda as the sun sets. Takeaway paella cooked to order from Pana Bar - delicious!

Relaxing holiday in the sun.
Just returned from a wonderful week at Villa Flora. Heather and Tony were very welcoming and even came to rescue me in the village when my sat nav gave up. The villa and pool were exactly as advertised and I spent many hours in the gorgeous pool cooling off in the heatwave. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a relaxing break in a quiet Spanish setting with lots of lovely places to explore nearby.

Lovely homely villa
We are a family of 6 and we are just home from 2 lovely weeks at villa flora. The pool is fantastic, the little town is very friendly and quaint and the beaches nearby are just beautiful. We loved our holiday and the owners were very accommodating.. lovely relaxing holiday. There are great facilities next to villa for the kids they have a football pitch, basketball court and playground just perfect for families

Enjoyed the villa, it was well equipped. Lovely garden, swimming pool is great and well kempt.
Heather & Tony were very welcoming and meeting Doria (their beautiful dog) was great. Nice small Spanish town with lovely mountains in the distance. Caught the local bus a few times, we especially liked our trip to Gandia, magnificent beach and facilities, went on for miles. Overall even though we were very unlucky with the weather we enjoyed our holiday at La Font 😊.

Our best choice villa for staying with children
On Saturday morning we realized, that we didn't want to leave that beauty. It was our first visit there, but one week was definitely not enough to get the most of the surroundings, lovely weather and scenic views. Heather and Tony do a great job of keeping the villa clean, cozy and tidy. The pool is perfectly clean and is pleasure to swim. The garden is merely a beauty, our children liked it so much. And the location is just perfect - close to football pitch and park with children playground (we walked and played there before going to bed). The bar is very close to the villa - we ordered take-away home made paella there. Heather and Tony many thanks for your hospitality, help and advice! We really enjoyed our stay! Now we know where to spend vacations next year 😀

Villa Flora, an amazing holiday destination
I always feel like I'm repeating myself on this review, but I cannot recommend this Villa highly enough. We have just come back from our 1st of 3 trips to this destination. And we have been visiting here for 4 years. It's set in a lovely typical spanish village and the locals are very friendly. When we arrive, Tony & Heather are there to greet us and are always extremely helpful if needed. They also have extensive knowledge of the area and can recommend interesting places to visit. The villa itself is beautiful. It's immaculate, airey and very spacious. The pool is also lovely and Tony keeps it very clean. The gardens are beautiful and kept immaculately. There is a beautiful bbq area which we use frequently. It's child friendly and our 11 year daughter loves it there. We can't wait to return at Easter and then again in August. We certainly regard this beautiful villa our 2nd home Jane Chapman

Good quality villa
A spacious apartment on the upper floor of a large villa. Situated on the edge of La font de,n carros village. Overlooking sports complex. Villa Flora was very comfortable with good furnishings and equipment and excellent pool area. There is a beautifully kept .garden with a good barbecue area. We didn't use the barbecue but it was available for use. The only problem we had was the lack of air conditioning or ceiling fans. It was very hot, around 35_39 degrees and the floor standing fans were too noisy or too weak which affected our sleeping. Overall though we had a wonderful week. The local village was very welcoming with friendly bars and restaurants. The nearest town, Oliva was quite bustling with its weekly market, shops and restaurants. In particular El Lloc restaurant was very smart with an excellent choice of 25 types of gin. I would not hesitate to recommend Villa Flora for a pleasant stay in a good Spanish area. Ron and Denise

Tolle Unterkunft in schöner Lage
Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, sogar grillen ist ohne Probleme möglich. Schöner, großer Balkon mit Blick auf den Sportplatz. Außerdem toller privater Pool mit weiteren Sitzmöglichkeiten. Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin komplikationslos und sehr herzlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Heel fijn verblijf
Heather is een goede gastvrouw en behulpzaam. Het ontbrak ons aan niets. Jammer, dat het weer niet meedeed, maar daar kan niemand iets aan doen. Het is zeer ruim en compleet. Jammer, dat het een beperkte wifiverbinding heeft. Wij kunnen de gastvrouw en heer zeker aanbevelen.

We are very pleased you enjoyed your stay with us. Although we don’t have fiber internet our internet connection is normally much better than it was during your stay. I think all of the wind that we have had in the last few months have moved our receiver dish. I have reported it to the company and they have now fixed the problem. Een prima locatie voor een aangenaam verblijf
In het algemeen is dit een prima vakantieplek. Echter, indien je TV belangrijk vindt, dan moet je beseffen dat er slechts 3 Spaanse zenders zijn; ook een dongel van Google biedt geen uitkomst aangezien het wifibereik zeer matig is. Appen kan prima maar zelfs de krant downloaden vraagt veel geduld. Dus de technische verzorging is matig voor de rest zoals gezegd een prima vakantieplek.

Heerlijk verblijf met groot zwembad en prachtige tuin
Ons verblijf in de vakantiewoning van Heather was heel positief. We hebben enorm genoten van het zwembad en de prachtige tuin met barbecue. De woning is ruim en is voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt voor een fijne vakantie. Zowel het strand als de bergen zijn dichtbij om een dagje op pad te gaan. Zeker aan te raden!

Villa au top
Très belle villa sécurisé. L'eau de la piscine était très bonne et la piscine était placé à l'arrière pour y accéder il fallait montrer un petit escalier avec barrière parfait pour évité les accidents avec les enfants qui voudront s'aventurer sans la surveillance des parents. Les propriétaires son trop gentil et même s'il habite sur place on les voient jamais, très beau jardin disponible. Très bon moment passé chez eux

Very nice stay at Heather and Tony's house
Maison spacieuse et avec de beaux espaces : jardin avec plancha, très belle piscine , terrasse couverte vraiment plaisante. On y a passé de bons moments en famille. L'environnement est agréable, à la fois animé et calme en milieu de journée. Heather et Tony ont été d'excellents hôtes, toujours disponibles en cas de besoin. Nous avons eu plaisir à discuter avec eux. Les températures ont été assez élevées lors de notre séjour. Et il a fait assez chaud dans la maison. N'ayant pas de climatisation, les ventilateurs étaient bien utiles ! Je recommande chaleureusement les vacances à la Villa Flora !

Superbe maison avec sa propre piscine. Les propriétaires habitent en dessous mais son très discrets et très accueillants. Coin au calme, à moins de 15 mns de la plage et 2 mns du supermarché.

Estancia acogedora en un entorno precioso
La casa de Heather reune las condiciones para relajarse y poder respirar aire puro y lleno de azahar y jazmín, en medio de un entorno lleno de huertas de naranjis y frutales. La casa es espaciosa y con una piscina privada con sol durante todo el dí. Tiene un jardín muy bien cuidado y la casa tiene una terraza amplis y agradable. Todo ha sido perfecto.

Eine traumhafte Anlage
Wir wurden bereits im Vorfeld von der Gastgeberin kontaktiert und über alles Wichtige informiert. Vor Ort wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und der Garten wunderschön und gepflegt - insgesamt eine traumhafte Anlage. Die Gastgeberin war jederzeit für uns erreichbar, gab uns Tipps für Unternehmungen und Restaurants etc. Dadurch, dass das Grundstück und auch der Pool als solches durch Tore gesichert sind, ist es auch mit Kindern zu empfehlen. Um die Ecke gibt es auch Sport- und Spielplätze, so dass Kindern gut beschäftigt werden können. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt.
