"You really can't go wrong renting this property. It is immaculately clean and well equippped and in a brilliant location. You have great views down the valley to the sea. The villa is very spacious and there are lots of carefully thought out little areas to relax and enjoy the sunshine or shade. You are also just a short drive to the beaches near Denia or Oliva. Communication during booking is great and the check-in and out process is really smooth. Thanks Ismael."

"A lady called Anna met us at the property. Very rude. We had asked owner to check in early due to flight but message hadn’t been passed on to her. She kept stomping past us as we sat outside waiting for her to put bedding in etc. When we asked if she could speak English to us she shouted NO. So that was our welcome. "Amazing location, very close to the beach and within reach of the centre of Denia (40 minute walk / 5 min car journey) with lots of amenities close by. The apartment is in a lovely complex with a great pool and lots of trees / green area where my children enjoyed playing. The outside space is perfect because it opens straight out onto this but is set further back from the main road than the other apartments. We will definitely return when in Denia!"

"Complejo de apartamentos bastante nuevo, a dos pasos de la.playa y con tres piscinas. El apartamento en general estaba limpio con algún detalle. Bueno aire acondicionado, buen wifi. Está más enfocado a familias que a parejas pero la la playa está a dos pasos y es maravillosa. En los alrededores no hay mucha oferta de bares o restaurantes pero hay uno en el complejo y chiringuito en la playa. En el resort sí que hay un centro comercial, restaurantes... "

Smart and comfortable stay in North Beach
"Enjoyed a 5 day this smart modern hotel; staff very helpful and efficient in lobby and in the large buffet dining room. Very clean rooms and super comfortable beds gave a good rest & aircon was good. There’s ample street parking just outside (€12/night garage parking offered seemed excessive, especially for a motorbike, but neighbourhood seemed safe enough so we went with the roadside ) as well as a bus stop opposite. But we found it easy to walk everywhere in Gandia from here. The mini fridge was appreciated for keeping water chilled in our room. "
