"We notice there was food in the hallway outside of a guests room overnight. The concierge was not very inviting, engaging or approachable. Seems very busy in a cell phone. Check in staff was very nice. However I would suggest you advise guests about opening or creating an account for incidentals. Lastly the parking lot attendant was not very nice about advising about a lost ticket. The restaurant staff were excellent!"

"This is the perfect place if you want to stay close to downtown but still feel safe area, the streets are nice to walk in the day and plenty restaurants around, Chapultepec is walking distance and only one bus away from downtown, also easy to get to gran plaza, and the place is really clean, the staff is nice and helpful, the room is spacious and if you want great value for your money this is the place! I definitely recommend it! And will come back in my stays in gdl! "

There was no real way to sit down at the desk... The stool basically did not fit between the bed and the desk. Rearranging the room might be helpful. Breakfast included... Though it is the same items every day. But I would stay there again. "
