Location is great and walkable to all Centro locations. Staff was very friendly. The room is a bit older and would be nice if they changed the carpet to flooring. Wouldn’t mind coming back though as the price is great!

Este hotel es un fiasco, primero las fotos de lo cuartos no muestra la realidad. No entiendo como hay gente que le de más de 2 estrellas (ah de ser falsas reseñas creadas por el mismo hotel). Primero el cuarto estaba muy viejo, el teléfono era tan viejo que nisiquiera podías llamar a recepción. Había varias partes rotas al igual que ciertos muebles. El cuarto estaba sucio y no estaba limpio por que todavía tenía cabellos en las almohadas y holia mucho a moo con humedad . Si pudiera subir las fotos las subiría. Fuimos a hablar con recepción para explicar que no nos hibamos a quedar en el hotel debido a que no era nada a los de las fotos y solo dijeron “una disculpa aveces las fotos se toman de diferente ángulo” me mencionó que lo tenía que cancelar por expedía para recibir mi reembolso por que no nos quedamos ni una noche y después expedía dijo que no podía por que el hotel rechazó el reembolso. Hay otros hoteles del mismo precio y muchísimo mejor y en mejor área. Honestamente no lo recomiendo. No se arriesguen si no quieren salir decepcionado de este hotel.

Está en un lugar muy céntrico y de fácil acceso al Macrobus y tren ligero. Cerca de varios lugares del centro histórico, muchos restaurantes alrededor. Lo malo es la habitación, se veía sucia con telarañas en el techo, paredes manchadas, regadera con fuga, el clóset un poco suelto, el joven del check in ni siquiera volteó a verme a los ojos. Pero si puedo decir que las demás personas fueron muy amables: Aracely la camarista, el joven de mantenimiento, el Sr. Ricardo de la entrada, la joven del check out :)
