"The hotel was beautiful and clean. However, we booked this hotel bc it had $75 credit per room for breakfast. We had two rooms. We checked in and they said they did not offer breakfast but the credits could be used at the casino eateries in a specific section. Then the next morning we find out those eateries are not even open for breakfast but instead we had to wait until lunch time to use the credits. Expedia and the hotel need to do a better job at communicating what the terms and true amenities being offered/ sold."

"The Palazzo is beautiful, and very luxurious! We loved our room with the view of the sphere. Room service took a very long time and my daughter was asleep by the time her dinner arrived. I’d also recommend self parking, it’s much faster than valet! There were some clothes in one of the drawers in our room, which makes me question how thoroughly the rooms are cleaned. I was a bit surprised by the lack of updated outlets for usbc chargers for phones and tablets. Aside from all of that, we enjoyed our stay, and would probably stay again in the future."

"Horrible trying to get checked in. Kiosk didn't work. Check in was 4pm, at 6pm stated not ready. The hotel Front desk lady, rude and never once made eye contact. Elevators didn't work, had to use service elevator. The housekeepers were obviously not aware because they blocked the exit with their carts. Horrible experience."

"How can you not love the Venetian! The location is perfect. It is great to come out of the elevator into the Canal Shops. I love that Bouchon is in the hotel, I could eat there every day. The rooms are spacious. The bathroom and tub are amazing. My three kids shared the sofa bed and sofa and were very comfortable. We got a room overlooking the Sphere and it kept them entertained. Now, they've added Bazaar Meats in the Palazzo connected to the Venetian, amazing! I've stayed at most hotels in Vegas, but I keep coming back to the Venetian because it really is the best."

"Had an issue with the late check in, they gave our room away twice, room we they moved us to was not a remodeled room as we had book, things was missing things in both rooms. But not the worse service I have had, the staff was still nice throughout the whole thing no point of getting mad and yelling at them."
