"There was no microwave in the room. The online info said that there was. The room thermostat was wobbly. Nothing in the room (floors, walls appeared fresh)."

"5.14.2026 The only check in was by computer, I couldn't get it to work so had to wait a while until a nice lady helped me out . The Sky Tower is old but well tended, these are the low co$t rooms and so don't have refris, microwaves or other things . The tub was so slow to drain every time I took a shower I was standing in 2" of dirty, soapy water =8-( . The bathroom sink took a long time to drain and had LOUD gurgling noises . The towels were nice, not old and very clean but NO HAND TOWELS and the card said I'd have to pay for missing had towels, this isn't good / nice . I used the West entrance and the fat lady there sand bagged me by telling me I'd get free buffet tickets at the counter, when I went there the man rudely said "we only sell times shares, NO FREE ANYTHING !" . We (party of 5) had the breakfast buffet and it was good as always, thank you . Parking was okay , I have stayed & gambled here may times, my wife likes the "slots of fun" area best . Overall I give an 8 out of 10 . -Nate"

"Juniors breakfast was very good. Watch your bill..added 2 charges for mini bar which was never used.. corrected at checkout.. after leaving last day, breakfast doubled charged at Viva which was never visited at breakfast, doubled charged tip on last day too. When calling to inquire 5/13 waited on hold twice at 6-7 minute mark hung up both times, on 5/14 representative finally answered call to correct disputed charges."
