"Beautiful resort, huge pool with a swim up bar & lots of lounges. If you can extend the budget to a room with balcony & bath overlooking the pool then do that. Staff all super friendly & very attentive. Will definitely stay again."

"This property is absolutely stunning. It has security and a professionally trained staff. The breakfast is like no other, I have never seen a buffet this big and with this many offerings. Your wish is their command. 24hr room service and 5 swimming pools. Lots of shopping and restaurants right outside your door. Also, the atm that is right outside gives you a better deal on rupiahs. By far, one of the best hotels that I have stayed in. "

"Great day spa facilities, choice of pools and quiet areas without children. Great location and restaurants were all fantastic with lots of variety of food. Very large busy resort so easy to get looked over so you need to get attention of staff but that is okay. A tour or map of the resort would have been helpful, you were shown your room and that was it. The bed was very very uncomfortable. We only stayed 4 nights and i wouldn't have been able to stay longer. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay "

"We enjoyed our stay but there were a few things could have been better. Our room service menu in the room was basic. We found out on the last night there was more we could pick from. The pool needed to be cleaned it was not clear which meant low is something. Pool bar was average. No real atmosphere as no music. Sun beams straight into bar at happy hour making bar hot. Our room cards kept needing to be reset. Happy with the location of our room and greatful for a 3 bedroom."
