Love the layout and the amenities. Stayed here 3 times and never had a problem. Staff are very friendly and helpful, like most Balinese. Always has a good selection for breakfast, swim up bar is great and the pool snacks are good. Will be staying again.

All of the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Chandra and his team in the pool bar were excellent. The breakfast options are incredible for all tastes and again the staff were exemplary. Fantastic hotel which we will continue to use. Top job, well done guys.

The breakfast here was great. The hotel also has a wonderful central location making it a wonderful base. They also have live music in the evenings which provides a lovely way to wind down before heading off to bed.

We stayed in an ocean front villa it was amazing the staff couldn’t do enough for us I celebrated my 60th birthday in villa 6 with some family the staff did the whole set up from start to finish food was amazing and again I can’t praise the staff enough The villa is spacious the beds are super comfy and the buffet breakfast had huge variety super delicious

We have stayed at this hotel many times. We love the outside area, the grounds are beautiful and the breakfast's very good. Sitting outside having breakfast looking over the beautiful gardens is idyllic. Rooms are clean but the bathrooms could be updated now as they are now starting to show their age. Food is excellent and they have entertainment every night.

This resort was perfect. The location is central to restaurants, malls, massage parlors and everything else. The resort has a very big pool and a swim up bar which we enjoyed! Our room overlooked the pool and was very spacious and clean. The cleaning service team even left me a "happy birthday" surprise on my bed which I loved and surprised me with a small cake later that evening. We loved everything about this resort and would definitely return.

This hotel was superbly situated in South Kuta. Very quiet and beautiful hotel but walk out of the hotel complex and it's full of life. Fantastic to be able to meet and talk to loads of local people. Many tourists here also, but meeting lots of local folk from Bali/Kuta was a real pleasure. Everyone was so welcoming and warm. We loved it here and will definitely be back.
