"Beautiful property and super nice staff. The only suggestion I have is that on Travelocity’s description the hotel check in ends at midnight which isn’t true. I had to make international phone calls to confirm our arrival which was unnecessary."

"As pictured, close to shopping, restaurants, Kuta beach. Buffet breakfast was awesome great way to start the day. Hotel is kept in great condition, beautiful pool area with lots of seating both sun and shade. Room was perfect for our family of 4. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend."

"We stayed in the king beach Front Room. 2 adults 1 child aged 7. Beds were very comfortable and the room had great views overlooking the pool and beach. Service and hospitality by all staff was amazing, they all make you feel welcome and go out of their way to accommodate and they are great with kids. Shout out to Denny for being great with our boy (again, all staff were good) Very family friendly. Great location close to the airport and walking distance to shops/ markets. Food was amazing at the Palms restaurant within the hotel. We will go back :)"
