Absolutely outstanding stay. The location is perfect, right in the heart of everything, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. The hotel is exceptionally well looked after, from the immaculate rooms to the beautifully maintained facilities. The staff deserve special mention: friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making your stay effortless. Service was flawless, rooms were comfortable and spotless, and every detail felt thoughtfully managed. Truly a 10/10 experience. Will be coming back here for sure next time I'min Bali! I’d highly, highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful staff. Low pressure, cold shower. Open, noisy property at night. Bugs in common areas. Restaurant has okay food-cash only. Wonderful pool. No where to put belongings in the room. Can never find a hallway trashcan. Again, wonderful staff. Lovely people! Would stay again.

Beautiful hotel in good location

Beautiful hotel in a very convenient location. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the room is clean and a good size. The pool is well kept and the waiting area around the pool is very aesthetic. Beds were also very comfortable! Would recommend.

Despite seeing reviews on social media not to stay kuta we are both so glad that we still went ahead and booked to stay in kuta. We love the service, the property ,but would be nice to have an elevator but other than that we enjoyed our stay. Front desk i would like to aknowledge the beautiful Wira for going out of her way to ensure our stay at samsara was enjoyable Terima kasih. The 2 beautiful ladies in the restraunt Fatim and Linda i hope i got their names right, u both make yummy food and service was amazing. And housekeeping, thank you so much Dean for making sure our room is clean and everything is topped up. I reccomend samsara of your looking to stay in kuta.

I’m in love with this place, just the way I like it. Not a big and fancy hotel, clean, and it’s quiet .. the only off’s is the AC is not cold enough but Ms Randy was awesome!! She is very helpful and very knowledgeable😊

The property is beautiful and clean. However, it is in an area that is obviously overrun with prostitutes. The massage spas in the area are geared toward men that are touring the area. One spa flat out, turned me away. The other gave me the worst massage ever. I could clearly tell I was not the expected client. It wasn’t until I left, and I walked back to the hotel, that I noticed the same women and more women sitting and walking in the area and soliciting. Again, it’s a great hotel, but likely not the best if you are Traveling solo.

Lovely, wonderful, sincere staff! Can't say enough good things about their exceptional level of attentiveness. Even despite some bumps into the language barrier. The rooms are very nice and well-maintained at first glance. It's clear they really care about their reputation. There's a refrigerator in the room, TV and AC with a dozen options. Lovely, clean pool adorned with flowers every day. Downside: unfortunately, it's a multilevel open floor plan and other guests think they rented a private mansion--raising hell all hours of the night and morning. There's some people just outside the property screaming weekend nights. Also, multiple dogs outside barking all night. The showers have almost no pressure and rarely has hot water. There's no definite closet or dresser to put things away. No chair or table in the room. There are tables and chairs in the main lobby but it's too much traffic if you want to do work on your laptop without being spied on by other guests. There's also the mosquitoes and tiny spiders that get on you if you're in the lobby too long. The hotel has a restaurant across the alley. They make adequate food but only take cash. And there's bugs under the tables their too. So, it's more good than bad. If you plan on club hop or go on half day tours, this is great! But if you have some remote work to do, zoom calls etc. on an extended stay, it's not going to be too comfortable. I'd come back again but only for a few days.

総合的に良いところです。ただ、プールはいつ掃除してるか疑問です。なぜなら、いつもプールの中が濁っていたからです。またインターネットのwifiがとても弱く、部屋では使えませんでした。しかしフロントエリアでは使えました。フロントエリアは広いのでこの場所でインターネット作業をすればよかったと思いました。部屋の清掃スタッフを常に見ることができました。とても良かったです。
