"Everything is spacious; the room, onsen, hallways, stairs, reception area, car park and restaurant. Staff were very friendly. They successfully communicated English. The solid building and decor is nostalgically 20th century. The well built building means the room was very quiet."

"The people here were so friendly and helped us with several things with so much patience as we stumbled through our basic Japanese and translators. So so so friendly and helpful. The parking lot is small but there is another lot for overflow super close by with a Joyfull restaurant in between offering nice breakfast before heading out for the day."

"Nice new container -single room hotel, good services just bit far from the station but if you drive that would be perfect for you for low rate and new hotel ! I wish the younger employees can speak English!"

"It was so pleasure for us to stay and experience Japanese culture in the hotel. Very surprised with their friendlyness- so nice and kind. Driver Ken was the nicest person we've ever met. "We enjoyed the stay very much! Convenient location, staff are friendly and helpful and they speak good English. Onsen environments are nice. We love the dogs and cats there.😍 Would be better if there are more support like amenity and small bags for us to bring towels to onsen. Will come again for sure."

"The beds are quite comfortable despite looking old and simple. Only 1 bathroom and 1 toilet but we make do with it for 5 people. It's spacious enough for 5 persons. Hotel facilities are good enough for us for 2 nights."
